The Image File Repository web site is where you can upload your photos to be printed by The PortraitLab.
Your album is PRIVATE. No one except The PortraitLab staff can view material that you place within it. Remember your username and password so you can return and continue to use your Private album.
Current users who had a prior registration on the old site... your username and password are the same. It you are NOT able to log in, you can either:
- Re-register which creates a new album
- Contact The PortraitLab at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
- Call 719.531.6966 to discuss refreshing your existing username and password and access to your album.
Uploading images is now easy. Clicking on the 'Add' menu item reveals choices to add images, or add a sub album. Clicking Add Images is reasonably intuitive. However, if you have problems, eMail or Call for assistance.
It is important that you notify us by e-mail when you add new images:

. You can include instructions for each image in your eMail, OR, you can utilize the Comments selection under each image after it is uploaded. Either way, make sure you let us know you have uploaded images and include any instructions so we can act on them.
The currently supported image file formats are .jpg, .png, .gif and .tiff. It is important to note that the .tiff format will NOT render a thumbnail after upload, but an uploaded .tiff file will be stored and available for retrieval by The PortraitLab. The other supported formats listed will result in a thumbnail representation of the original image.
Turnaround for these images is 3 - 4 working days. Contact us by phone if you need work done earlier. Rush work will be on an 'as available' basis only. We cannot guarantee it will always be available and may require an additional charge.
